Fulfillment Policies & Security

• Shipping Policy: We normally ship all orders within three business days of receipt, unless the product is out of stock. Shipping options include USPS, FedEx, and UPS (see your shopping cart for details). We only ship from Washington, DC to locations in the United States. After the package has shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you, along with an invoice for your purchase. Our shipping charges only include the amount that USPS, FedEx, or UPS charges, without any additional markup.
• Damaged Shipments: We do not cover shipping damage. Please check your order when it arrives, and file a claim with the carrier for any damage that occurs during shipment.

• Payment Options: We accept credit cards, PayPal, and Square. Please see your shopping cart for details.
• Pricing: Prices are in US dollars. All prices are subject to change without notice.

• Refund & Return Policy: We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Products purchased from us may be returned for replacement or refund within 30 days of receipt, given that the item is unused and in resellable condition, subject to our inspection. Before returning any item, either fill out the form above, or email rhodium@phdscience.com with a copy of your invoice and the reason you want to return the item. We will not be able to process your return without this information. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. If you receive a refund, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

• Security: Rhodium Inc. and phdscience.com comply with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). Payment information is securely transmitted, and web pages are served using Transport Layer Security (TLS) and HTTPS. We do not see or have access to your credit card data.

• Limited Warranty: For a period of 60 days from the date of shipping, products shall be free from defects under normal use. This warranty shall not apply to products that have been subject to misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper storage or handling. You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product. Products (or parts thereof) found to be defective during the warranty period will be replaced or repaired (at our sole discretion) and shipped back to you free of charge. Any modifications, alterations, misuse, abuse, or neglect void the warranty.

• Privacy Policy: Your privacy is important to us. We only collect information provided by you when you place an order, including things like your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address, for the purposes of fulfilling your order, returns & exchanges, or your requests for information. We do not see or have access to your credit card data. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We only share your information with third parties to fulfill orders and deliver packages. Should we be required to share your information in response to a court order, regulation, or subpoena, we will do so in order to comply with the law. Our website may include links to other websites and social media apps. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policies of these social media companies and other sites.

• Disclaimer: In no event shall Rhodium Inc. be liable for any incidental or consequential damages or for loss of profits or for any other damages. Rhodium Inc. shall not be liable to buyer on any claim of negligence or for any liability on any product. Rhodium Inc. cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk. We cannot guarantee that any e-commerce is totally secure, but we do use prudent practices to protect and secure consumer information.

• Policy Updates: We may need to update our policies periodically. Any updates will appear on this website, prior to the changes becoming effective.

• These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Rhodium Inc. and the purchaser, and shall be governed by and followed according to the laws of the State of Florida and the United States of America.
